Return & Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or close to expiry (for food items)
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, food products such as sauces, chutneys, and edible oils cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.
2. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
3. Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Include all labels, seals, and invoices
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof when reporting issues
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used food items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
5. Refund Process
- Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery, you may be asked to provide bank details
6. Replacement Policy
- Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on availability
- Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue
7. Tools & Accessories
- Must be returned in unused condition
- Damaged or defective tools will be replaced or refunded after inspection
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
