Return & Refund Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or leaking at the time of delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is expired or close to expiry (for food items)

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, food products such as sauces, chutneys, and edible oils cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Include all labels, seals, and invoices
  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof when reporting issues

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used food items (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery, you may be asked to provide bank details

6. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded based on availability
  • Replacement will be processed after verification of the issue

7. Tools & Accessories

  • Must be returned in unused condition
  • Damaged or defective tools will be replaced or refunded after inspection

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
